- Qualification: Higher Secondary School Certificate (2nd Division) with diploma in MS Office OR Intermediate in Computer Science.
- Typing Speed: 25 words per minute in English & 25 words per minute in Urdu.
- Age Limit: Male: 18 to 25 + 05 = 30 Years & Female: 18 to 25 + 08 = 33 Years

2. Information & Culture Department (Punjab Council of the Arts)
Assistant Accounts Officer (BS-16)

- Qualification: M.Com, MBA (Finance), B.Com (Hons), or BBA (Finance) from HEC recognized institution.
- Age: Male 21–30 + 05 = 35 Years & Female 21–30 + 08 = 38 Years.
